Ministries for Adults
We believe the Christian journey includes learning about scripture, spiritual disciplines, and the teachings of the early church fathers and mothers along with the writings of contemporary theologians. Broadway continues to find new ways of offering these learning experiences including those listed below.
Sunday School
Sunday school offers more than Bible study each week; it offers community and fellowship, too. We have a variety of Sunday school classes that reflect a broad range of demographics and place in the faith journey. Click here to see the available classes and current study materials.
TwentySomeone Bible Study
Sunday school for college students and young adults meets on Sunday afternoons at 12:15 p.m. in the High School Sunday School Department in the Youth Hall. Bring a lunch from home or bring a tray up from the Fellowship Hall (your meal is covered; just sign “TwentySomeone” on the IOU sheet). Contact

Wednesday Academy
On Wednesday evenings, the church gathers for a meal and fellowship around the tables followed by various class offerings. Every 6-8 weeks, these opportunities change in order to offer points of discussion appealing to all congregants. Some of the classes offered in the past include Parenting in the Pew, Old Testament 101, Learning to be a Caregiver, Movies & Faith, and more. Tuesday Morning Bible Study
Each Tuesday morning, a delightful group meet for Bible study followed by lunch. Leaders and topics change periodically and preschool child care is provided.
