- Utilizes art to learn more about God and each other.
The Broadway Arts Council provides a special flavor to our corporate lives with a varied assortment of entertainment and hands-on art projects. Outstanding art exhibits are organized throughout the year. Some of the artists are members of Broadway and others are local talent.
Broadway and University Christian Church combine efforts and resources to sponsor Reel Religion, A Festival of Films of Religious Significance. This annual free to the public weekend event offers a choice of films, including a children’s film, with open discussion following the showings.
The Broadway Players bring drama to our stage and Friday Nights on Broadway offer a venue for the many talented musicians, poets, actors and comedians in our corporate family. To commemorate the church’s 125th anniversary, our talented musicians produced 125 Years of Broadway Show Tunes.
These arts events are enriching to our church family and are also wonderful opportunities to invite friends for a casual introduction to our church.
